Hacienda Sopot is conveniently located near the main street and train station, making it easy to explore the city. Overall experience was perfect 10/10. It was perfect in general: spotless room, amazing location near to the town centre, all attractions and train station. The owner was always available. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, I had a nice sleep. Had a bathtub in exceptionally clean bathroom. Liked having Cafe Stella within 5 minutes walk away

Finding the property was a bit difficult as there was no sign outside the apartment block to indicate it was the right place.

For the price, we couldn't have found better accommodation. the bed and sheets were very comfortable, and the location was quite good. the apartment was also well-equipped with a microwave, kettle, cups, and plates. the staff were very polite and nice, despite their limited English skills. Great location in the heart of the city, close to main street and train station. , not far from the seaside. The room was quite modern and had a nice view of the surroundings. The wifi was good and there were sincere staff members who tried to help.

There was no reception or room service available. The lady who welcomed guests didn't speak English well and was not very helpful.

We had a fantastic location near the main street and train station. The modern room had a nice view of the sea and decent kitchen facilities. The wifi was strong and some of the staff were genuinely helpful. Despite a few drawbacks, our stay at Hacienda was overall enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.
